Make a TP double hull with mouthpiece
IMPLEMENTATION OF BRICOPATE
Easily manufacture a mold Leaded head double hull with bricopate. Unlike RTV, the mold is ready for use in minutes. Fast and easy to use, the mouthpiece makes it possible to faithfully reproduce a shape or model and to flow quickly your own steelhead.
1 - preparation of the dough
Not to waste paste, fill in a box adapted to the dimensions of the future mold.
Place the dough in a hand covered with a glove.
Add the red tube catalyst: 1 mL for 100g for hardening in 10 minutes.
Mix well by hand for 2 minutes until the color of the dough is uniform.
2 - creation of the first hull
Place the dough in the box.
Fuck half of the thickness of the master in the dough.
Wait to hardening. Sprinkle the seal plane with a sharp blade and remove the first hull from the box.
Carry two notches that will serve as a guide when the two hulls are connected.
3 - creation of the second hull
Brush the surface of the first shell with Vaseline.
Take the necessary amount of bricopare, place it in a hand covered with a glove. Add the tube catalyst: 1 ml for 100g for a hardening in 10 minutes. Mix well by hand for 2 minutes until the color of the dough is uniform. Place the dough in the box. Highly apply the first hull on the second by overflowing the dough on the 4 sides.
EbaVure with a sharp blade.
Wait to hardening. Remove the second hull from the box.
4 - creating the casting cone
Gather both hulls with a seal and drill an opening to the center of the mold.
Enlarge opening to facilitate molten lead flow. The mold is ready.
