    Bricorese is a resin bicomponent for the manufacture of hard lures.
    It's a resin opaque whose grip is done in minutes.
    To reinforce the structure of the resin, and avoid any withdrawal when taking, it is recommended to add from the solid glass microspheres (heavyweight) or light.
    The solid glass microspheres (heavyweight) will make the resin Fourishing and light will make the lure floating
    A mixture of the 2 charges will make it suspending while strengthening the structure, and lowering the cost of material.
    This material makes it equal to make double hull molds for soft lures. We must then charge it with D Ela solid glass microspheres (heavyweight) (up to 50/50 resin load)
    Well vernify the lure to have a smooth mushroom, and use a bomb release agent.
    Attention : even if the lure is ready for demolding after a few minutes, the polymerization of the resin is not over.
    The polymerization will end after several days only, depending on the ambient temperature.
    The higher it is, the more the polymerization will end quickly.
    If the polymerization is not complete, there will be a "degassing" of the resin , which will appear bubbles under the paints or the varnish.
    It is therefore necessary to wait for the end of the polymerization to paint and vernir.
    This polymerization can be accepted by placing the lures in an oven for 8 to 10 hours at 60/70 ° C, which replaces the week of waiting ....

    Bricoresin A:

    Composition: Diphenylmethane disocyanate, isomers and homologues
    Nature of risks: R20 Nocif by inhalation

    - R36 / 37/38 irritating to the eyes, the respiratory tract and the skin

    - R42 / 43 can cause awareness by inhalation and contact with the skin.

    CAUTION TIPS: S23 Do not breathe gases, smoke, vapors, aerosols

    - S24 Avoid contact with the skin - S37 Wear appropriate gloves

    - S60 Eliminate the product and its container as a dangerous waste.

    Composition: Isoparaffinic hydrocarbon, alkoxylated amine
    Nature of risks:

    - R36 Irritating for the eyes

    - R65 can cause an injury to the lungs if swallowed.

    CAUTION TIPS:
